“As a rule of thumb, the difference between a higher belt and lower belt is not that one has a huge amount more of knowledge. Rather, the differentiator is the small details that the higher belt does better. In a 7 minute roll, the lower belt, in general, will become so behind, begin to play catch up while at the same time become worn down.
