Our Jiu Jitsu programs are designed for all skill level and ability. A variety of different programs are offered that are tailored around age and skill level.

We believe that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a tool to achieve individual development and personal growth. Each class is developed to challenge students to excel and fulfill their highest potential physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our world-class instruction and curriculum incorporates physical conditioning and strategic understanding of the techniques. Each class is structured to teach technique aimed to improve strength, flexibility, speed, and overall body mechanics While also developing self-awareness, discipline, and confidence.

Kids Zoo-Jitsu

Our Kids Program offers the opportunity for students to learn the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) in a fun, supportive environment where they will build positive character traits and self-defense skills. The program consists of a variety of drills, exercises, and games to develop Jiu Jitsu technique and overall fitness. In addition, the structured format of our curriculum reinforces positive character traits to emphasize the emotional development and growth of your students for lifelong success. Our aim is to model a level of excellence and self-discipline that will build self confidence and leadership skills in all of our kids for a lifetime of success. In this program students receive guidance from a team of coaches who are vetted and trained under the leadership of head black belt instructor, Professor Tony Passos. Our program is designed for kids ages 6-12 and is open to enrollment at any time. We invite you to bring your child for a class today!

Adult Fundamentals

Our Fundamentals Program offers the opportunity for students new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) to learn the art of in a supportive and fun community. Our structured curriculum focuses on basic Jiu Jitsu concepts, practical self-defense skills, and beginner techniques. This program is designed to provide the essential foundation to learn the art of jiu jitsu, regardless of a student fitness level or age.  Classes consists of a variety of drills and exercises to help students improve self-discipline, relieve stress, and get in better shape. The combination of physical and mental benefits, alongside functional Jiu Jitsu training, offers students the ability to reach and achieve any of their goals. In addition, our staff of highly trained coaches are invested in the growth of all our students both on and off the mat to support them in their training and personal development. Adult Intermediate

Our Intermediate Program offers the opportunity for students to learn the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) in a challenging and supportive community. The curriculum builds on the Fundamentals Program and provides students a more in-depth knowledge of Jiu-Jitsu concepts and skills. We enable students to attain a well-rounded understanding of BJJ by studying numerous positions and techniques. This program expands on the essentials of self-defense and Jiu-Jitsu application to include a variety of practical scenarios. Classes include several different exercises and drills designed to improve student’s coordination, fitness, and mental toughness. In addition, we encourage students to embrace a healthy lifestyle and a growth mindset emphasizing long-term success and improvement. The combination of physical and mental benefits, embedded in challenging Jiu Jitsu training, offers students the ability to reach and achieve any of their goals.

Adult Advanced

Our Advanced Program provides the opportunity for students to take their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training and understanding to the highest level. The curriculum builds upon Fundamentals and Intermediate level knowledge and incorporates high-level Jiu-Jitsu concepts and strategies. Classes consist of conditioning as well as extensive drilling and rolling (sparring) sessions. In many ways, this program emphasizes an increased level of both training intensity and technical proficiency. The program is designed to encourage proficiency in knowledge and understanding in addition to efficient execution of skills and techniques. Whether students are interested in competition skills or simply refining their technique, this program allows students the opportunity for lifelong learning and growth. The combination of physical and mental benefits, alongside innovative Jiu Jitsu training, offers students the ability to reach and achieve any of their goals.

Private Lessons

In addition to the daily group training environment, private instruction is also available. While group classes are foundational to Jiu Jitsu training, largely because of the diversity of training partners, private lessons can complement the learning process and provide specialized attention to address certain areas of need.

Private classes are taught by Professor Tony Passos or one of our highly trained instructors.

Workshops

Try something new as a team builder exercise for your organization. We offer tailored self-defense workshops for small and large groups with flexible scheduling options.

Our experienced and professional instructors will work with you to determine your program objectives. Each workshop is customized to your needs and specific team.

No martial arts experience in necessary and all skill levels and abilities are welcome.
